We’re looking for a seasoned, strategic, and people-first Head of Sales, North America to lead our Commercial and Enterprise sales teams across the region. This leader will be responsible for scaling and enabling high-performing teams, driving revenue growth across all segments, and helping us unlock the next chapter of Productboard’s go-to-market success in North America. Reporting into the VP of Global Sales, this role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our sales strategy, operating rhythm, and talent development.

On a typical day, you will …

  • Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for both Enterprise and Commercial sales across North America, including team structure, territory planning, and forecasting.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales Ops, Product, and Customer Success to optimize pipeline generation, deal velocity, and customer success.
  • Drive a data-informed, repeatable sales process from top of funnel through close and renewal, while maintaining a sharp eye on forecast accuracy and pipeline health.
  • Hire and develop top-tier talent, championing a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Represent Productboard in high-stakes enterprise deals and strategic customer conversations.
  • Roll up your sleeves as needed—whether it’s joining a customer call, refining a deck, or coaching a rep through a complex deal.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to inform pricing, packaging, segmentation, and GTM strategy at the highest level.

About you

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-segment sales teams (Enterprise + Commercial).
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and scaling high-growth sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams selling to VP and C-level buyers, ideally in product, engineering, or IT.
  • Strong operational mindset—you’re analytical, data-driven, and constantly looking to improve process, tooling, and performance.
  • You bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You can see the big picture and know how to get there.
  • Inspirational leader who leads with empathy, clarity, and conviction.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and a passion for using systems to drive visibility and efficiency.
  • Experience with product-led sales motions or in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.

You can look forward to the following benefits:
