Why do new frameworks and methodologies go from the hottest thing in Silicon Valley to the things we love to hate?
In this talk, OKRs expert Christina Wodtke will explain how a combination of opportunistic consultants, toxic environments, poor communication and good old fashioned laziness has led us to throw out the baby with the bathwater. And she’ll share her advice on how to avoid falling into this trap and how to use OKRs effectively in your org.
