The demands from work and home are increasingly spreading us thin – making us reactive to whatever is most urgent, and leading to an increasing sense of burnout. How can we get to a healthier place, where we’re prioritizing wisely based on the vision and strategy we have for our lives?
It all starts with a realization: that between work and home, you’re managing a portfolio of “products” with a diverse set of objectives and demands – whether it’s delivering value to customers through your work products, nurturing a thriving family through your love and care, or driving change in the world and community through your professional or personal endeavors. Yet, rarely do we stop to apply product thinking to our lives.
This thought-provoking webinar with Radhika Dutt, author of Radical Product Thinking, helps you recognize that the common product challenges that you see at work may be equally prevalent in life. Whether you’re a manager or individual contributor, this webinar will equip you with practical tools and exercises to help you integrate your work and personal vision, and create a shared sense of purpose in your teams. You’ll leave better prepared to forge a stronger connection with colleagues, create an empathetic work environment, and manage workload across your portfolio of products and life responsibilities.
Watch this on-demand, insightful and thought-provoking session to gain practical strategies for achieving balance and making a meaningful impact.
