A wealth of user insights behind every feature
There’s been a lot of hype around AI lately, so let me get straight to the point on how Productboard AI is able to categorize your feedback in a particularly useful way, and why it’s so different from what you can do with a generic AI tool.
Once an admin has enabled Productboard AI and configured insights auto-linking, it will run in the background, continuously linking user insights to related feature ideas. New feedback is analyzed as it arrives, and whenever you create a new feature idea, Productboard AI finds and links any related user insights.
From each feedback note, you’ll see all the features it’s been linked to. And from every feature, you’ll see which insights have been linked by AI. Find an insight that’s not so relevant to the feature at hand? You can easily unlink it, or link it to a different feature.
