Productboard scoops prestigious ‘best employer’ awards from Forbes and Comparably

We’re thrilled to announce that Productboard has been recognized yet again as a fantastic, forward-thinking employer, with Forbes naming us one of America’s Best Startup Employers of 2022 and Comparably awarding us four “Best Places to Work” awards across the following categories:

This recognition follows a successful Q2, during which we won all four Comparably award categories for company culture excellence for the third year in a row – and just half a year after our Series D financing round earned us ‘unicorn’ status.

As our CEO and co-founder Hubert Palan points out, making Productboard an exciting and enjoyable place to work has always been a priority:

“From the beginning, we’ve wanted to build a team with the best people, not only in terms of professional skills but also in terms of morale.”

Putting our culture and values first

Recognition from our team members is one of our proudest achievements. We continuously ensure that Productboard is a place where diversity, inclusion, and professional growth matter.

While this requires a continuous commitment and ongoing work, we’re fortunate to have a CEO and leadership team who advocate for a fairer, more diverse workplace at all opportunities and who back it up with action, as Cris Domingo, Head of Global Talent Acquisition, points out:

“As a female leader, it is empowering to experience the passion and overall support from our executive leadership team to further invest in initiatives that allow us to put diversity at the forefront of our growth plans. Team Productboard winning in the Best CEOs for Women and Best CEOs for Diversity categories is recognition of what I get to experience every day in my journey at Productboard.”

At Productboard, we are driven by our core values of relentless improvement, empathy, transparency, clarity, and togetherness. We aim to exhibit these values at work every day and as these two anonymous employee reviews show, we’re on the right track:

“I’ve picked up many new skills as my role has evolved at this fast-growing startup, surrounded by inspiring, supportive colleagues and led by kind, idealistic executives. It has been the highlight of my career so far.”

“Productboard consists of a truly unique, exciting, and brave group of people. We rally around the shared vision and fight on all market fronts together. The culture is highly professional but very fun. I’ve never experienced such a great mix of purpose, challenge, fellowship, growth, and fun.”

The awards are even more valuable because one is from the independent agency Forbes & Statista and the other is from Comparably. Their 2022 Best Places to Work Awards were awarded based on sentiment scores by anonymous employee rankings during a 12-month period. We’re very proud of this great combination.

We’re delighted to be building a company and culture that truly values people and their limitless potential and we’re humbled and overjoyed to be recognized for our hard work in these areas.
