About the team

The Growth team’s goal is to make it exceptionally easy for people around the world to discover, trial, buy, and use our suite of products and services. As a result, our team is responsible for driving sustainable business growth by increasing acquisition, monetization, conversion, and retention throughout the end-to-end customer funnel. We use experimentation, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to guide our work and optimize the customer experience.

We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager who’s curious about data and passionate about building customer-centrics products. You will be an integral member of our product-led growth strategy, working with teams that span across our Self-Serve and Sales products.  This is an opportunity for the right person to own the optimization of our acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization efforts across our customer base. You will report to the Head of Growth.

What you’ll be working on

  • Define the experimentation roadmap and drive A/B and multivariate tests to optimize for customer monetization, growth, expansion, and retention
  • Reimagine Productboard’s monetization infrastructure to unlock new revenue streams
  • Analyze and monitor key metrics to uncover areas for improvement
  • Define and monitor KPIs that provide insight into the health of the business
  • Lead a cross-functional team of passionate engineers, data analysts, UX designers, and marketers through iterative releases
  • Prepare recommendations and present findings from experiment data to executive stakeholders
  • Conduct market research, identify industry trends, and provide competitive analysis
  • Evangelize data-centricity and best practices across the company

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Deep understanding of subscription products and self-service flywheels
  • You have strong analytical skills. You understand cohort analysis, segmentation, statistical significance, and know how to derive insights from data
  • Experience leading executive-level discussions and technical deep dives with engineering teams
  • You have strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
